The BayCraft Standard
A more personal way to design and build.
We combine thoughtful design with responsible building to create spaces that honor your family's lifestyle. A remodeling process rooted in clarity, respect, and quiet luxury.
01
Family-First
We design for how you actually live, ensuring every square foot serves your family's daily rhythm and future growth.
02
Seamless Build
By housing design and construction under one roof, we eliminate surprises and keep your budget and vision in perfect alignment.
03
Full Transparency
You deserve a calm experience. We provide a clear roadmap, consistent communication, and a dedicated point of contact.
04
Lived-In Respect
We treat your house like a home, not a job site. Our team operates with the utmost respect for your space and your neighbors.
Built on Personal Trust
A home renovation is about more than structural changes; it's about the people who live within the walls.
I am on site and in every decision, not managing from an office. You have a direct line to me for the whole build, so nothing about your project reaches you second-hand.
I also know what it is to remodel a house a family is still living in. My crew keeps the site clean and quiet, and works around your day rather than through it.

We recently finished remodeling two bathrooms with Bay Craft and the entire process felt smooth from beginning to end. The workmanship looks amazing and the finishes gave the spaces a clean modern look. What really stood out to us was how responsive the communication was whenever we had questions. Remi and the team made us feel comfortable and supported the whole way through.

FAQ
Have a question? Find answers here.
Can we live in our home during the renovation?
Yes, in many cases you can. We plan each project with your daily life in mind. Our team uses professional dust containment systems, floor protection, and clearly defined work zones to minimize disruption. We keep the jobsite clean, organized, and respectful so your home continues to feel like a home, not a construction zone.
How do you handle project budgets?
We operate with full transparency from day one. Because our design and construction teams work together, we provide realistic cost guidance early in the process, not vague estimates. You'll receive detailed proposals, clear allowances and ongoing budget updates throughout the project, so you always know where things stand and can make informed decisions without surprises.
How long does a typical high-end remodel take?
Every project is unique, but our integrated design-build approach helps streamline timelines and reduce delays. Before construction begins, we provide a detailed project schedule outlining key milestones. Throughout the build, we keep you informed with regular progress updates, so you always know what's happening and what's next.
Do you handle all the necessary permits and approvals?
Absolutely. We take care of the entire permitting and approval process from start to finish. That includes zoning research, plan submissions, city coordination, and final inspections. Our role as your single point of responsibility means you can relax knowing every detail behind the scenes is being professionally managed, no paperwork stress, no guesswork.
Can I bring my own architect or designer to the project?
Of course. While we offer a fully integrated design-build experience, we're always happy to collaborate with outside architects or designers. Our priority is honoring the design vision while ensuring it's executed with precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship during construction. Great partnerships create exceptional results.
What happens if I want to make changes during construction?
Design is a creative journey, and refinements sometimes happen along the way. When changes are requested, we use a clear and transparent change-order process that outlines any impact on cost or timeline before work proceeds. That way, you stay fully informed and in control. No surprises, just smart decisions.
