This policy explains what information BayCraft Design & Build (“BayCraft”, “we”, “us”) collects through baycraftdb.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. BayCraft is a licensed general contractor (CSLB #1158750) based in Santa Clara, California.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, call us, or email us, we collect what you choose to share. That usually means:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service you are interested in
• Details about your home and your project

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:

• How you found us. If you arrive from an ad or a link, we keep the campaign details from that link (for example the ad source, and Google or Facebook click IDs), the first page you landed on, and the page that referred you. This is stored in your browser and sent with your form so we know which advertising works.
• Site analytics. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages they view. Google may set cookies to do this. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

How we use your information

• To reply to you, schedule a consultation and prepare an estimate
• To manage your project if you become a client
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to us, and to improve the site

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as the companies that host this website, our customer management system, and our email and automation tools. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common standard for responding to it, so the site does not change its behavior when it receives one.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal, warranty and tax obligations. After that we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email Info@BayCraftDB.com and we will respond within 45 days. If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor them.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
